Modernizing public engagement and research accessibility

Public Services and Procurement Canada project showcase

Public Services and Procurement Canada partnered with LeapUX to improve how public opinion research and legislative feedback were managed, accessed, and shared. The goal was to create a more transparent, accessible, and efficient system that better supported both government teams and public participation.

    The Challenge

PSPC needed to modernize research workflows, improve accessibility, and create a clearer path for gathering and managing public input. Existing tools and content structures made it harder to locate information, support collaboration, and scale processes across departments.

    What We Did

LeapUX helped PSPC redesign the workflows and digital structure supporting public engagement and research. We developed a more effective feedback process for legislative consultation, restructured public opinion research workflows, improved usability and content discoverability, and introduced tools and documentation to support long-term adoption across teams.

    Impact

The new approach made research tools easier to use, improved access to key information, and supported more efficient handling of public input. It also helped strengthen transparency by making engagement more structured, accessible, and scalable.
