It's a pleasure to connect with you
Challenging assumptions since 2012
Before “user-centered design” became a buzzword, LeapUX was already advocating for it. We saw early on how organizations were investing heavily in solutions built on assumptions, not evidence. That disconnect led to wasted time, missed opportunities, and misaligned experiences.
We started LeapUX in 2012 to close that gap, bringing together research, strategy, and implementation under one roof. Over the years, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary team that works across government, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors, helping clients make smarter, faster, and more sustainable decisions
What guides us, no matter the project
The principles that shape every engagement:
> Build with evidence, not opinion – Design decisions should emerge from insight, not instinct. Let data, research, and real user context guide the way.
> Simplify what’s complex, don’t overwhelm – Clarity isn’t a luxury, it’s a requirement for trust, adoption, and progress.
> Design for everyone, not the average – Accessibility, inclusion, and equity aren’t add-ons, they’re the foundation of meaningful services.
> Respect constraints as design inputs – Work with the policies, regulations, and realities that shape the environment. Transformation happens through them, not around them.
> Plan for the future you want to sustain, don’t deliver and disappear – Services should evolve, not erode. Continuity, growth, and internal capability matter as much as launch.
